How we operate
PHILMAN is operated by NOVAPRIME LLC as an online direct-to-consumer retailer. Products are supplied and dispatched by third-party manufacturing and fulfilment partners in China. PHILMAN manages the catalogue, pricing, checkout, customer service, order coordination, returns and refunds, and remains responsible for each customer’s order.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery after dispatch normally takes 5–10 business days, for an estimated total of 6–13 business days. We currently accept orders only for delivery within the United Kingdom, and standard delivery is free.
