Where we deliver
PHILMAN currently accepts orders only for delivery addresses in the United Kingdom.
Shipping cost
Standard UK delivery is free. The total shown at checkout includes standard delivery and applicable taxes. Customers will not be asked to pay unexpected import duties or customs charges when the order is delivered.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery after dispatch: 5–10 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Total estimated time from order placement: 6–13 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing or an incorrect delivery address can cause delays.
Where orders are fulfilled
PHILMAN is an online retailer operated by NOVAPRIME LLC. Products are prepared and dispatched by our third-party fulfilment partners in China. Orders are not dispatched from PHILMAN’s registered business mailing address or operational address in Wyoming. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. PHILMAN remains responsible for customer service and order support.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, we email the tracking number after dispatch. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to begin updating. Customers can also use the Track Your Order page on our website.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. We can change an address only before fulfilment begins. PHILMAN cannot be responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel appears lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
